Work

Far, far too many years within the sector have given me a decent skill-set which encompasses Project and Program Management in advertising, the not-for-profit sector, finance, automotive, mobile, FCMG and property development. I’ve managed print, web, social media, campaigns, build and analytics. Whilst I’m qualified to deliver projects from a Prince 2 or Agile perspective, I can – and have – done these things in both English and Spanish.

Design for Print
Once upon a time in a galaxy far, far away we all built design systems based on strategies that grew into creative concepts that were then printed. On paper! Using CMYK! Those were the days. The images below show a magazine sample I created for a Spanish logistics organisation, a cover page containing 3D renders of Mercedes vehicles built from zero and then adapted to film, social and print platforms. The latter shows a moving render built from scratch for use in a press ad and latterly used across TVC and social.

User Experienc
From identification of users and their requirements and testing through to ideation, design and build, I’ve managed the injection of UX essentials into biochemicals, food, and estate agencies. Whilst these were driven by differing KPIs, each was met with a responsive and agile process structure which accommodated change for future proofing.

e-Commerce
An e-commerce site present should both technical and deign adaptability. This can be from creating a hand coded form designed to pull data from a third party database such as Oracle, or a plug-in which enables a seamless user transition from between CMS’ such as Magento, Sitecore or Umbraco. Once this aspect of the journey was completed, I delivered payment protocols and testing for publishing and clothing sites.

Program Management
Whilst a departure from the day-to-day of Project Management; definition, costing and running a project to completion, I’ve overseen the creation, implementation and testing of adaptable processes applicable to any project, or that can be adjusted to suit individual project or work package needs.
