Management of the implementation of Analytics systems for this global ad player which included running workshops to gather customer KPIs for technical implementations of the Google and Adobe analytics suites, personalisation projects, optimisation, Insight provision and big data collection – all designed to leverage the full value of customer data.
I was also responsible for the set-up and refinement of a series of processes and a delivery structure that enabled full project flexibility irrespective of delivery type, size and complexity.
Oxford University Press, Madrid
Management of a range of technically complex projects including the build of an industry best secure examination system from concept through, large scale data migrations and an e-commerce site. In conjunction with this I tackled the UX phase of the OUP España website, progressing from scamps, through lo-fi traces to wire-framing and prototyping.

Management of a site refresh for one of the world’s largest baby food brands containing a series of complex and tightly phased work streams; UX, validation, testing, Design from concept phase and Development requirements.

I managed the conceptualization, design and application of a new brand and associated campaign for insurance multi-national, Allianz. This included creating and running the roll-out process across fifty markets for Web, Mobile, TV and Print.

Hands-on management and approval of all printed and digital output of this trade union where I produced the organisations website, designed publicity and marketing materials and wrote for journals. I managed events which ranged from the roll-out of a 1000+ delegate conferences, the production of campaign advertising material for general elections, and project managing events at which other senior cabinet figures – such as the current Prime Minister, Gordon Brown were keynote speakers.
